Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Last Call at 23:59
- All orders are freshly prepared upon request and delivered to the hotel reception between 07:00 – 08:00 the following morning.
- Customers may cancel their order until 20:00 the night before by contacting us via email or phone. After this time, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
2. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- According to applicable regulations, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to perishable goods and made-to-order food items, such as the breakfast meals provided by Rise and Shine.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted, even if the customer changes their mind after delivery.
3. Incorrect or Defective Orders
- If a customer receives an incorrect or defective order, they must contact us within 1 hour of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement or another solution.
- The customer must contact us via email or phone, and in some cases, provide photos of the product.
4. Refund Policy
- If an order is canceled on time (by 20:00 the previous day), the full amount will be refunded.
- If a refund is approved due to an error on our part, the process may take up to 5 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
